Your Responsibilities 🛠️

Headhunting & Outreach

  • Actively source top-tier technical talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Craft engaging, personalized outreach messages designed to maximize response rates.
  • Continuously map and monitor talent pools to stay ahead of industry trends and hiring needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Refine and enhance outreach messaging based on performance analytics.

Candidate Screening & Coordination

  • Screen candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and potential alignment with Dooer’s values.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate data effectively using ATS/CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine the recruiting process.
