We’re seeking a Junior Technical Product Manager specializing in second-line technical support who thrives on rapidly prototyping solutions, deeply understanding technical issues, and bridging gaps between users and developers.

🎯 Your Mission

You’ll play a key role in improving our product through technical insights and rapid prototyping:

  • Quickly understand and diagnose complex user issues.
  • Rapidly prototype solutions through white-coding (no drawing — straight to functional mock-ups).
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, providing precise, actionable insights and feedback.
  • Actively contribute to product improvement through user-centric technical analysis.
